We mainly work based on inbounds as we don't want to be another recruiting agency that disturbs you every day. No CV shooting, no lies about candidates, no overly insisting reach-outs.

We won't send 10 CVs per week but only a few that we believe will bring a true added value to your company.

We have a deep understanding of your company and vacancies to ensure our candidates are fully prepared for the interview process.

We won't hesitate to speak up when we're not the right partner or to point out an unrealistic request. We are neither ashamed to admit facing difficulties to avoid waisting your time.

We reach out to you only when we have a concrete and relevant job opening based on your competencies, not on some keywords we found on LinkedIn. We're not looking to fill a database.

We may reach out by inMail, e-mail or call but won't overly insist if you don't reply as we can understand that you are busy.
