We won't hesitate to speak up when we're not the right partner or to point out an unrealistic request. We are neither ashamed to admit facing difficulties to avoid waisting your time.

We reach out to you only when we have a concrete and relevant job opening based on your competencies, not on some keywords we found on LinkedIn. We're not looking to fill a database.

We may reach out by inMail, e-mail or call but won't overly insist if you don't reply as we can understand that you are busy.

In our previous jobs, it happened that we didn't provide any feedback to a candidate following the interview. At Nugget, we want to avoid making that same mistake again.
